Blink Message Testing - 2022

Over the course of my time at Amazon Devices, I created a robust testing roadmap to ensure we were reaching the correct customers. Using existing market research provided by an internal Amazon UX team, I built out messaging for five different customer segments to run when we were not on promotion to build out retargeting funnels. The most successful messages did not include an Alexa command, they focused on home security messaging with a ‘Works With Alexa’ tag.
